3. Personal data we collect.

Depending on how you interact with our website, we may collect the following personal information.

Contact form.

When you use our enquiry form, we collect:

  • Your full name and email address
  • Your telephone number and location, if you provide them
  • The service you are interested in
  • Your message and any details you choose to include about your family or childcare needs

Family and nanny applications.

Our family registration, nanny applications and job board use our third-party recruitment platform, Enginehire. Its forms may appear within our website or open on Enginehire’s website.

Please review the information on the relevant form and the Enginehire Privacy Policy before submitting your details.

Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms are used where required.

You can contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your personal data.

9. Data retention.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law.

Service providers may also retain information under their retention schedules. Web3Forms explains its form-submission retention in its Privacy Policy. Please contact us if you would like information about, or request deletion of, your enquiry or application records.
